About the event

We can't wait to celebrate the royal matriarchs in our lives in the best way we could ever think of again this year. We want to create a magical environment to bring your childhood fantasies to life so you can celebrate with your own kids. Who needs breakfast in bed, when you now have a reason to get dressed up and go out with your loved ones to celebrate in a memorable way?

The Fairy Godmother is putting together an unforgettable event. Join us in the Delta's beautiful ballroom where you'll find over 20 of your favourite fairy tale princesses and princes. Take some time to meet each one, grab an autograph and a photo and of course, dance with them on the dance floor! Our princesses and princes are ready to perform their most popular songs and want to hit the dance floor with you. Of course, we can't forget about the food! With food options for everyone, from picky kids to critical mother-in-laws. From Pancakes with Roasted Apples & Candied Walnuts and Waffles with Saskatoon Syrup, Caramel, Whipped Cream and Berries to Mini Beef Wellington and Grilled Top Sirloin. From Chorizo & Sundried Tomato Mac N' Cheese and Ham & Egg Quiches to Artisan Cheese Boards with Homemade Crostini & Honey and so, so much more! Take a walk on the sweeter side of life with a variety of pies, tortes, cheesecakes, dainties and then some. Quench your thirst with juices, coffees and teas. 

A photographer will be there to capture all these splendid memories and to capture a photo of your family surrounded by all the princes and princesses before The Fairy Godmother's spell has worn off. All these photos will be made available in an online album within a few weeks of the event and the link will be emailed to all ticket holders.

Now you may get all these things, just by holding a ticket... but our Fairy Godmother is so extra she couldn't leave it at that. By booking a VIP ticket you unlock even more fabulousness. Our VIPs are the first to enter the ballroom and are escorted to their tables by the handsome princes. The VIP tables have the best view of the stage and the dancefloor, are the first to receive their food and are seated WITH the Princes and Princesses.  Get one on one time with the fairy tale friends you won't get with general admission. There will also be a special gift for each of our VIP guests, waiting at your tables along with a discounted birthday party when you book with us within the next 12 months.

This is a lot, but there is even more..... The first 30 groups to register for the event get to take advantage of our Early Bird special. This ticket gets you a Personalized Royal Invitation hand delivered to your home, by one of our princesses one week prior to the event. If you live outside the Regina area, we will send you a Personalized Royal Video Invitation from one of our princesses one week prior to the event. To get our early bird special you must also get tickets to the event. If you just grab one of the early bird spots it will be removed unless you are also a ticket holder to the event. One per family.

IMPORTANT INFO:

- You will be seated with the those you have purchased tickets with, however if there is another family who purchased tickets. Please email us at info@storybookprincess.com with the Subject: "Mothers Day Brunch Seating" to let us know if any seating changed need to be had. Both families MUST have selected the same ticket options (VIP or General admission)

-Early Bird ticket holders will receive Personalized Hand Delivered Royal Invitation OR Personalized Video Invitation (if you won't be available during the time of deliveries or live outside of Regina) from one of our Princesses. Our first 30 purchasers have the option to grab ONE PER HOUSEHOLD prior to check out!

-We will have several food options available for all diets. If you have a food allergy, please ask one of the event staff to ensure the food you select does not contain an allergen. 

-Children under the age of 2 are welcome and do not require a ticket. However, for this event we are instating a babes in arms policy.

-We kindly ask for any strollers to be parked outside the Ballroom.

-All tickets for this event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: I have a child under the age of two. Do they require a ticket?

A: No. Children under the age of two may attend the event without a ticket, however there is a babes in arms policy for this event.

Q: I have a credit with Storybook Princess Parties, can I use it towards this event?

A: Yes, you can. If you hold a credit with us, please email us at info@storybookprincesses.com and we will direct you in how to purchase tickets with your credit.

Q: We want to sit with friends, can this be arranged?

A: We suggest purchasing as a group in order to best ensure you are situated with other guests you wish to be seated with. You may also want to purchase early so we can ensure we can accommodate your request.  

Q: How many guests are seated at each table?

A: 10 guests will be seated at our General Admissions tables and 8 guests will be seated at our VIP tables, to ensure there is still room for the characters to sit with you.

Q: We purchased VIP tickets. Can we request the characters seated with us?

A: Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to select their fairy tale friends as often we are still organizing our characters' seats until the last minute. We also only have one Elsa to go around.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Most guests use the opportunity to dress up a bit for the event. Children often wear their finest attire or a princess dress. There is no hard and fast rule!

Q: The ticket price for this event is steep. Why does it cost so much?

A: We understand that our ticket prices are high. This is due to the inflation in costs that we pay. The price we pay for each guest is 75% of the ticket cost. This means that with that remaining 25% we pay our staff and characters, pay for the food costs for them as well and cover the costs of our rental equipment and supplies. We do however promise that the event will be worth the high ticket price and you won't find another event out there with the quality we provide.

Q: I bought tickets off someone online, but never received them. Can you ensure I have tickets to the event?

A: We cannot ensure you hold tickets to our event unless you purchase them though our website directly. Please be aware that scams of people claiming to hold tickets to our events have happened in the past. We suggest buying early before we sell out.

Q: What if I am sick and can't attend the event? Can I have a refund?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or credits any longer for those who cannot attend. We have paid a lot out of our own pockets over the past couple years for those who were unable to attend our events last minute due to the supplies ordered and vendors that require payment per person days before the event even happens. 

Q: Can my husband/son/father/uncle come to the event?

A: Yes! Royals of all ages and genders are welcome and we can't wait to see them there.
